Honoria Starbuck is a fine artist on the faculty of the Art Institute of Austin and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online Division.

Honoria holds an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, Communications, and Fine Art; a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology; and a BA in Fine Arts from from The University of Texas at Austin, and is a member of VizThink Austin.
