Graphite & Zoom May 2, 2021
Teaching and learning through Zoom created a distance learning boot camp for both students and teachers all throughout 2020. To stay engaged as an artist, think of Zoom rectangles as compositions of light, dark, and personalities. I was able to create a whole sketchbook of graphite portraits because I was in a team-teaching course. When I wasn’t actively teaching I interacted with the students through drawing as well as in chat.
